As educators, the entire board (Amanda Cadden, Ryan Nowak, Lisa Hardesty, & Jon Day), has dedicated our lives to shaping the minds of the next generation, instilling in them the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in life.

Over the years, we have all witnessed a common trend in education: a focus on testing and book smarts. While there is undeniable value in mastering academic subjects like the quadratic formula or understanding the intricacies of grammar, we must not lose sight of the bigger picture.

Today’s workplace demands more than just rote memorization and test-taking prowess. It requires a diverse skill set that goes beyond what can be measured by standardized assessments. Students need to develop interpersonal skills, learn how to think on their feet, collaborate effectively in teams, and adapt to ever-changing situations.

Think about it. How often do our students face real-world scenarios where they must work under pressure, manage budgets, or deliver persuasive elevator pitches? These are the skills that truly separate successful individuals from the rest.

Through “The Elite Leadership Summit,” students will discover the importance of cultivating strengths, while also recognizing and leveraging the strengths of others.  This program prioritizes the development of essential life skills and empowers students to think outside the box, communicate confidently, and thrive in any environment they encounter through community leader workshops and real world challenges (with constructive feedback and guidance).

Our goal is to shape a generation of leaders who are socially and emotionally resilient. We are committing ourselves to preparing these participants for the realities of the fast-paced, ever-evolving world they will inherit.
