They are scored on their first impression skills and formal thank you note writing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tuesday<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8:30am-12pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will work in pairs to complete task #2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Community Leader Presentation<br>-Mini Game Challenge<br>-Task 2 (We never uncover any task #2- #4 specifics so students have the chance to complete tasks without outside assistance. See below for an example task.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wednesday<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8:30am-12pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will work in small groups for task #3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Community Leader Presentation<br>-Mini Game Challenge<br>-Task 3 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thursday<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8:30am-5 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will work in large groups to complete the final task!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Community Leader Presentation<br>-Mini Game Challenge<br>-FINAL TASK<br>-Lunch provided<br>-Networking (snacks provided)<br>&#8211; 4&#8211;5pm Closing Ceremonies (families invited!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sample Task<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a presentation from G.D. Ritzy&#8217;s owner, Chad Grunow, participants were randomly sorted into small groups to create a new ice-cream flavor to promote the G.D. Ritzy&#8217;s Fantasy of Lights.  They also created a light display for a local business.  Promotional material and a pitch were shared with Mr. Grunow.
